Call for Sponsors

Sponsoring a WordCamp is an incredible way to contribute to the WordPress Community. By their very nature, WordCamps are designed to be as accessible as possible to anyone who wishes to attend, and a large way in which this is realised is by keeping ticket prices as low as possible. WordCamp sponsors play a huge part in keeping WordCamps as open as the software itself.

Apart from helping keep our ticket costs accessible to attendees, your sponsorship will also allow us to provide a substantially higher quality event than we could with revenue from ticket sales alone.

Because of these reasons, WordCamp attendees, speakers, volunteers, and organisers are known for genuinely appreciating the contributions of sponsors, as it is through their help that many in the community can be part of the event. Sponsoring WordCamp Singapore will give you a fantastic opportunity to engage with the greater WordPress community during the event.

Every year, our attendees include designers, developers, bloggers, small business owners, entrepreneurs, students, and educators from Singapore and across the region.

Following on the success of WordCamp Singapore 2016 last year, we are looking at between 250 to 350 attendees this year.

Gold ($3,500 SGD)

  • Exhibition tables at the conference (subject to availability)

  • Tweet shout-outs before and after event
  • Acknowledgement in pre and post event emails to attendees
  • Medium logo on our WordCamp Singapore site
  • 4 tickets to the conference for your employees

Silver ($1,500 SGD)

  • Opportunity to place items on the common swag table
  • Recognition and company logo in opening and closing sessions
  • Acknowledgement in pre and post event emails to attendees
  • Medium logo on WordCamp Singapore site
  • 2 tickets to the conference for your employees

Bronze ($800 SGD)

  • Opportunity to place 1 item on the common swag table
  • Recognition and company logo in opening and closing sessions
  • Acknowledgement in post-event email to attendees
  • Small logo on WordCamp Singapore site
  • 1 ticket to the conference for your employee

Micro Sponsorship ($250 SGD)

  • 1 ticket to the conference

In addition to more traditional sponsorships, we are also offering micro-sponsorships at $250 SGD each, which will include admission for one person and will be available when general registration opens. These micro-sponsorships are intended for freelancers, tiny companies, or WordPress fans who wish to give a little more than the cost of general admission.

Custom Sponsorships

In addition to the above, we are happy to craft specific, unique sponsor opportunities for interested businesses.
